Sertex wanted a website that represented them as a significant player in utility services industry in the Northeast US. Just as importantly, they wanted their website to be easy to update. Custom post types on the two areas where most updates will occur (news and projects) made adding new items quick and painless.

New Mexico Biotechnology & Biomedical Association

NM Bio needed a website that allowed them to display news, including industry news, and allow registration for events. Custom post types were created for events, and using Gravity Forms, registration forms are created for each event and tied to NM Bio's PayPal account. News custom post types were also implemented.

New Mexico Technology Council

NMTC needed a social networking and collaboration site for its members. BuddyPress was used to extend WordPress into a site that plays that role, with online paid member registration, groups, forums, activity streams and more. In addition, news and events custom post types were implemented.

Davis Innovations

We relaunched Davis Innovation’s website with WordPress following a few years with a custom CMS. The site includes a registration application tied to an events custom post type and, through Gravity Forms, to PayPal. A news custom post type was also implemented.

Sandia Science & Technology Park

SSTP's site includes several custom post types and custom fields to minimize content styling and optimize efficiency for SSTP staff in updating the website. For instance, companies appear on the homepage slider by simply checking a box. It was the first site to make use of evo5cms, our Evo4 CMS theme updated to HTML5.

Evo Dashboard

Evo Dashboard is a proof-of-concept for a theme and plugin suite Evo is developing in partnership with another WordPress developer. Entirely behind login (contact us for a demo), we use it every day. It includes Evo's calendar, to-do list, client information, online accounts information, and more. It's an example of WordPress as an application platform. The free WP Business Dashboard theme should be available first quarter, 2013.

Compelling Cases

Compelling Cases is one of our oldest active clients, and it was gratifying to (finally) be able to move their website onto WordPress. New Mexico Veterans and Family Support Services

VFSS is another site converted from Evo's old, custom CMS to WordPress. We not only maintained the functionality of the old site, but improved on it considerably. Several custom post types and custom fields were utilized to make adding and updating content a breeze.
