Q What is your approach to database development?

A We spend a lot of time at the beginning of a project asking what we consider to be important questions:

• What do you want your website to do for your business?
• How do you want to use the data collected?
• What is your development budget?

And many, many others, until we understand your business and what you're trying to accomplish. Once we understand where you want to go, we devise a solution to help you get there. This approach sometimes puts us at a disadvantage on competitive proposals, but the projects we work on are much more satisfying and productive, both for us and our clients.We rarely have to charge additional fees for unexpected functions, and we believe it's one of the reasons we tend to have long-term client relationships.
